Direct Pay is set up to provide reimbursement directly to your veterinarian after services are performed. You can call or email our Customer Service team to start the process when you are facing a veterinary expense which is eligible for coverage under your policy (and you need help up front to cover the cost).
We will work with your vet to obtain your estimate and supporting documentation and arrange to pay the reimbursable amount on your claim directly to them. The entire reimbursable portion of your claim qualifies for Healthy Paws Direct Pay.* The Direct Pay service does not result in any extra fees and there are no third-party platforms, apps or services to enroll in.
